The company St. Nicolaus, a long-term well-known customer of the VPN Glassworks has decided to launch one of its key products, Nicolaus Vodka Extra jemná (Nicolaus Vodka Extra Fine), on the Czech market. The company accounts for more than a third of the Slovak market. "It is difficult to expand in Slovakia so we chose the Czech Republic which is similar to our market," stated St. Nicolaus sales and executive director Jiří Štesl. What favours expansion is the fact that the Czech and Slovak vodka sector has been growing over a long period.
The launch of the product has been promoted by a number of marketing activities such as public relations, outdoor and in-store presentations.
